Please be advised that by completing this online application you are only submitting information to the Office of the Register of Deeds. You CANNOT get married until you appear in the Register of Deeds Office to present the required government issued identification, social security cards (if you do not have your card, you may present a W2 Form or a Tax Return Document which contains your full social security number and the name of the applicant. If you are not eligible for a social security card there is a form, you can obtain from this office.), pay the license fee ($60.00), and sign the license under oath. Both parties must be present. We stop issuing marriage licenses at 3:30 pm.
